Pastor T.L. Barrett, Jr
T. L. Barrett, Jr. was born January 13th 1944 at Queens General
Hospital in Jamaica New York. He was the third child of Thomas
L. Barrett, Sr. and Eddie Mae Barrett.
T. L. Barrett, Jr. completed his education in the Chicago public
school system. He attended Medill, Doolittle, Gregory, Douglas
Elementary and Wendell Phillips High School.

Minister Briella (Dr. Wynetta Frazier)

Dr. Wynetta Frazier retired from the University of Illinois/Chicago after serving 22 years as the Assistant Director of Early Intervention. Dr. Frazier was a consultant in Health and Human Services to the National Healthy Start Program. She also served as commissioner to the Chicago Commission on Human Relations completing her fifth term as appointed by the Mayor of Chicago, IL.
Dr. Frazier is the Assistant State Supervisor of Women in the Third Jurisdiction. Dr. Frazier is the author of many articles and presentation throughout the U.S. on Family Relationships and Children/Youth with Special Needs.

As We See It… The philosophy of Universal Awareness allows mankind to realize their spiritual relation with God; to accept the undeniable fact that “I and my Father are ONE”. We take our rightful; place in the Universe, knowing that there is only ONE power and ONE influence in our lives and that is of God, the good. We recognize no other power; we give energy to nothing that is unlike God.
As We See It…We are endowed by our Creator with the inalienable rights of power, peace, love, health, and prosperity.
As We See It…Prosperity without God in unwise; God without prosperity is unnatural. We tithe and give our money substance to that which most blesses us and from that which we receive Divine inspiration – the Life Center Church.
As We See It…A new day has dawned! We are live, we are free, we are one with God. For this truth, for this philosophy, for this dynamic realization, we give thanks. And So It Is.

Prayer for the Palace
This is God’s house. We who come here not only find out about God, but find God. There is beauty in this place. This is also a place where men and women become aware of the beauty within themselves.
This is a place of worship. This is a place of instruction. This is a place of singing. This is a place of prayer and a place of loving. For those of us who worship, take instruction, sing, pray and love, this is also a place of inner stillness, where we listen and hear when God speaks.
Those who minister here, minister in love. Those who teach here, teach in truth. Those who serve here, serve pleasantly and with dignity. All who come into this house with expectation leave with thanksgiving; and all who come needing help go feeling blessed.
This is such a house that Jesus, any stranger, or even one of the least can always feel that they are with friends. Ultimately, this house is continuously filled and overflowing with prosperity-minded, spirit-filled
and Christ like people at every service.
